In 2007, Apple entered the smartphone market with introducing the iPhone when Nokia, Blackbarry and other smartphone companies in the high competition. The Fact iPhone had limitations so Apple launched the iPad. The iPad had differen approach with iPod and iPhone. Jobs decides to take more control components. In 2008, Jobs bought PA Semi, a microprocessor design company, for $278 million. Apple iPad to be the first product to run on its own branded chips. Such as Intel Atom or Qualcomm’s Snapdragon CPU, A4 is specifically designed for next generation mobile devices are required processing speed low power and fast. Apple state thet the A4 allows the iPad to provide 10 hours of battery life. And the results more than 450,000 iPads sold in the first week on the market.
